2017 Brian’s Wipeout bike ride in Fort Myers, Florida.
2017: In 2016 Lynda and I officially became “Snowbirds”, living in Southern Florida from December to April in North Fort Myers. We love it here, especially missing Canadian winters. The main reason we decided a few years ago to do this was because Lynda had lung problems. Anyways, we love it here (did I say that?) and I’m still able to get a lot of work done over my computer-working on the new webite, editing my films, and booking dates through Bernie Aubin or overseas myself.
My daily routine is to get up around 7A.M. (sometime earlier), feed our Shelty dog Summer and our cat ATOMIC. Once the dog eats I take it outside to do it’s “duty”, come back in and throw the kettle on for coffee. I work on the computer until I’m burnt out and then I either go for a bike ride or join Lynda by the pool. Here’s one of my bike rides that went a little awry…It begins at our rented manufactured home at Bayshore Village up to Tamiami, over the bridge to downtown Fort Myers, past the yacht club on the right up to McGregor Road. Palm trees all the way!
